At Newnan
School of Gymnastics and Cheerleading we have over 28 years experience
teaching children in our community. Our programs are family
oriented for you and your student-athlete.
Payment Policy:
Payment is due the first week of each session.
A reminder sign will be posted in the lobby. If payment has not
been received by the end of the 4-week session, a 10% service charge
will be added to your account and a past due statement will be sent to
you. A $25.00 service charge will be charged on all returned
checks. We accept: Cash, Checks, Debits & Credit Cards.

Gym Safety Policies
Please remember
no parents are allowed in the gym at any time. If you need to
pass a message to the coach of your child's team, leave it in the office
and office personnel will make sure your coach receives it.
Safety is stressed in all of our
classes, with special emphasis placed on building self-esteem,
confidence, and a sense of accomplishment, in all of our gymnasts. For
your convenience, we provide a drop-off/pick-up lane at our side
entrance. Please no parking in this lane.
Make-Up Policy:
We offer "Make-Up Days" every
session on the last Friday of each session. These designated days
will be posted on the bulletin board and you must sign up for your
make-up class. We feel it is very important to maintain our
student/teacher ratio; therefore, you cannot make up your class on
another day. All make-up classes will follow a gymnastics format.
We do not refund or prorate fees for any classes missed.
Withdrawal Policy:
Withdrawal notification from our program is imperative. Written
notification must be turned in to the office prior to a new session
beginning or you will be billed for that upcoming session, whether your
child attends or not. If your child is absent the first 3 weeks of a
session, your child will be dropped from our roll (unless you call us
and tell us not to remove him/her from the roll) and you will be bill
for occupying the space in that session.
Our Facility
Newnan School of Gymnastics,
Inc. is a 17,000 square foot, fully air conditioned facility.
